Octoberfest @ JP’s Warung Club
This celebration is an important part of the Bavarian (Germany) culture and JP’s warungclub is the ultimate place to go for the Oktoberfest in whole Bali!
Traditional hearty food such as Lentil Soup with sausages, Meat Loaf with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, Bavarian boiled sausages with brezel and sweet mustard, Grilled Pork Knuckle with potato dumpling and sauerkraut, Grilled Chicken with potato salad and sauerkraut will be served at JP’s for the whole week, from 12pm – midnite. Octoberfest “Beer, Music, and Fun” @ Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel
Octoberfest is an annual festival, which takes place in Munich, Germany, from late September to early October. One of the most prolific, original and talented designers on Bali, Carlo Pessina is best known for his striking furniture and accecories featured in many of the island’s most prestigious hotels and homes.
This exhibition is designed not only to present Carlo as an artist but also as a mini-retrospective of his artistic career. It consists not only of his more sculptural pieces within the gallery but also a series of “installations” set up within the grounds of The Four Seasons Reason Bali at Jimbaran Bay.

The Rip Curl Surf & Music Festival, Bali’s largest boardsports and beach concert party, returns to Kuta’s Halfway Beach on Oct. 8-9. For World Sight Day 2011 The John Fawcett Foundation is planning a special event, focusing all its resources to do as many sight restoring operations as possible.

Kuta Karnival “Light Up The World”: Bali’s 9th Annual International Event
This event will be officially opened by The Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Republic of Indonesia, will also attended by local government officials and community leaders Kuta.
The opening event will be held at Jaba Pura Segara Kuta with enlivened by performances of traditional Balinese dances, followed by a colossal Kecak dance which will involve 250 people dancing.
As the summit opening ceremony, the guests and all the people who attended both local and tourists will be invited along to participate in The Sunset Parade leading to the area of Music and Food Festival Fiesta on the beach front area of Kuta.

The Deus Slidetober Surf, Music, & Art Festival @ Canggu Beach & Deus Temple
Need 48 surfers, to kick off at Canggu Beach at 7am.
